Festival
Guidebook CLOSED FOR 2010. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST.
We are looking for advertisers and sponsors for the 2010 festival. We expect at least 10,000 visitors traveling to Eastern Niagara County from across Upstate New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio
and Ontario.
The festival guidebook is FREE to attendees when they enter the grounds. It contains general festival information such as the weekend schedule, map of the grounds, and details about vendors, musicians, re-enactors, athletes, bagpipe bands, dancers and the food court. It also contains historic and cultural information and of course advertisements from supporters like you (costs and sizes listed on contract).

Clan Row:
All visiting clans will receive a 10x10 grounds space,
with complementary FREE festival pass for everyone working in
your space. Need tent, chairs, tables and/or electric? Call us
for prices. We will also make a $50 donation for a full day's
participation to your clan for attending to help with traveling
costs ($100 for attending the entire weekend).. You may bring
whatever you'd like for display: costumes, albums, scrapbooks,
maps, charts, photos and more. Bring membership forms and souvenirs
for donations to your group. Need more space for larger displays?
Just let us know ahead of time so we can reserve a larger space.
Clan
Row Location: Our clan row is located in the festival's center,
right inside all the action. To the North is an unobstructed view
of the Highland Games. You'll never miss a moment of action, since
your space will be connected right to the athlete's field! Looking
south you'll find the Front Gate, for easy access in and out of
the grounds. Travel west and you'll find the Main Stage, Marketplace
and Food Court. Head east for the Pipe Bands, Town Commons, Children's
Area, Culture Arts Centre and Stage. There is also nearby parking
for easy access in and out of the grounds.

your chance to be considered for the 2011 festival please mail us any information
(demos, and/ or cds) you have about your group to help us make
our
decision. Our ability to listen to demos will improve your chances
of being invited.

The stage/ field you choose will have your company’s banner/s prominently displayed and your company’s name repeatedly associated with the stage in our festival guidebook, signage and grounds PA announcements. accept all athletes from around the globe, including those who
have never participated before. Contact Paul to get details
about events, training, practice events, or to simply watch
the many games held in the US and Canada throughout the year.
Please Note: For those who haven't participate in games before, it is required you have some training before entering any major events, including the games during the Niagara Celtic Heritage Festival. Please contact Paul for details on training and practice events.

Volunteering:
Volunteers receive FREE entrance into the festival. Shifts are
approximately 4 hours a day.
Ticket Sales, Parking, Directing Traffic, Program Sales, Comittee
Heads, Entertainers' Assistants, Information Booth, First Aid,
Demonstrations...and on and on and on....
Every
Festival could not go on without the hundreds of dedicated people
who volunteer their time to support this wonderful fall weekend!
If interested in joining one of the many teams that cover everything
from store runs to parking staff, setting up tents and much, much
more, your participation is welcome (entrance to the festival
is free to volunteers)!

Vendors: The Food Court & The Marketplace
The Food Court and Marketplace are full. Thanks for your interest.
We
are honored to receive positive reviews & excellent comments
from our attending vendors, most who have come close to or actually
sold out of products. The NCHS works hard to see that our vendor's
needs are met, whether it's to be set up with a beautiful view
of Lake Ontario, having full water and electricity supplies
or even being located near the athlete's field. Contact us today
for complete details on a festival guaranteed to leave your
pockets full and your faces smiling!

Town
Commons
The Town Commons are filled with organizations,
displays and other items unique to Celtic history and heritage.
The Commons also holds our Celtic Arts Centre and Stage, which
holds lessons, demonstrations, small performance groups and
more. Whether you are a member of a group, society or other,
please contact us for ways you can participate.

We are looking for historical and local organizations
that are willing to participate in our festival. Your
group does not have to be celtic to participate. Please

Do you have a skill that has some form of celtic
background? Please call us, we would love to have your participation
in our festival (you may be able to receive compensation for
